"Finding Hope, Healing, and Connection—Together"
I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and uncover their potential for healing, growth, and connection. Whether you’re facing trauma, anxiety, relational conflict, or simply seeking clarity in life, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your emotions and work toward meaningful change.
My approach is holistic and integrative, blending evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, honoring your story while equipping you with practical tools for long-term resilience and transformation.
With a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Therapy (emphasizing Marriage and Family Therapy) and as an honorary graduate of Colorado Christian University, I integrate my clinical expertise with Christian values for clients who desire a faith-based perspective. I also provide therapy in both English and Spanish, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming experience for all.
Beyond the therapy room, I’ve worked with children in foster care as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA) and gained extensive experience while serving in community mental health. I also offer court-ordered counseling and anger management, recognizing the unique challenges of these situations while fostering positive change. I am happy to cooperate with your judge's orders and provide the necessary documentation, when necessary.
Let’s take the first step toward healing and growth together. Contact me to begin your journey and find peace in a pure life!
